Builder of the Year
The Building Industry Association of Southern California has a proud tradition of recognizing outstanding members of our profession each year with the industry's Builder of the Year award.
The honor is one of the highest bestowed by the BIA and is based on leadership within the industry, dedication to community service and commitment to building quality homes. The Builder of the Year is honored each fall at the association's annual officer installation gala and represents the very best in Southern California homebuilding.
