IRVINE, Calif. - Keystone Pacific Property Management has promoted Darren Mandel from group coordinator to district manager.
“Darren has demonstrated a true knack for management and is a valuable asset to Keystone Pacific as well as to the communities under his management,” said Denise Bergstrom, vice president of association management of Keystone Pacific Property Management. “His achievements are attributed to his dedicated service and leadership abilities.”
In his new position in the Irvine office, Mandel supervises a support team of community association managers, a group coordinator and an associate. He is also responsible for training managers and supporting staff, ensuring high quality work is being produced and customer care standards are maintained. He will continue managing a portfolio of communities throughout Orange County.
Mandel has a bachelor’s degree in hotel administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and has obtained the CCAM® (Certified Community Association Manager) designation through the California Community Association Managers. He is currently pursuing the PCAM® (Professional Community Association Manager) designation.
