Construction Industry Research Board (CIRB)
For more than 30 years, CIRB has been the source of prospective and historic information regarding new housing and commercial construction. Gathered every month directly from cities and counties across the state, CIRB reports deliver the foundational information used by leading economists, lawmakers, regulators, financial institutions and business leaders to help gauge current and future construction industry activity. These reports are not based on projections, but actual data collected in real time from municipalities throughout California.

It also provides a direct link to a builder’s own Web site so potential buyers don’t get lost in Cyberspace.
