BIASC is proud to offer NAHB Educational Courses that provide an excellent way for our members to enhance their professional skills. 

With such a rapidly expanding active adult housing market, the need for construction professionals capable of building, rennovating and retrofitting according to the specific code requirements on all such projects is greater than ever before.  BIASC's Remodelers Council is now offering courses for becoming a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS).  Participants must complete the CAPS I & II courses and the Business Managerment for Building Professionals course to earn their official CAPS designation.  Please see below for course dates and links for registering.
