Stormwater

As a result, it can accumulate debris, chemicals, sediment or other pollutants that could adversely affect water quality when untreated runoff is discharged into storm drains that eventually flow to the ocean.
The BIA of Southern California offers classes designed to help its members implement changes in regional stormwater permits.
