CADO Real Estate Selected by D.R. Horton

CADO Real Estate Group has been selected by publicly-traded D.R. Horton, "America’s Homebuilder"™, to manage the sales and marketing of the final phase of condominium homes at Seacliff, located in Oceanside, California. Sales of the remaining homes at this ocean-close community—which offer stunning views of both the Pacific Ocean and the city's small-craft harbor and marina, will be under the guidance of Lori Asaro, Senior Vice President for CADO, and the onsite sales team of Barbara Wagar and John Melka.

Ms. Wagar helped manage the very successful sell-out of D.R. Horton's Atlas condominiums in downtown San Diego earlier this month, and in that assignment, captured nationwide recognition from the National Association of Home Builders for her efforts by being honored with a "Nationals' Silver" award as a member of one of the six best sales teams in the United States for 2009.

CADO Real Estate Group excels in the marketing and sales of new homes, condominiums, custom lots and land for builders, developers, asset managers, receivers and financial institutions throughout California and Nevada, and has offices in San Diego, Orange County and Palm Springs, California, as well as in Las Vegas. For further information, contact Catherine Nicholas at (858) 753-1947.
