The Remodelers and Custom Builders Council is a professional network created to help remodelers identify ways to establish and maintain credibility with customers, exchange ideas, and develop new services as needed.

Become a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS)

The BIASC Remodelers and Custom Builders Council is proud to offer NAHB Educational Courses that provide opportunities for professional growth on a personal, and company-wide level. With such a rapidly expanding active adult housing market, the need for construction professionals capable of building, rennovating and retrofitting to the stringent codes and requirements required on all such projects is greater than ever before.  BIASC's  Remodelers and Custom Builders Council is now offering courses for becoming a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS).  Participants must complete the CAPS I & II courses and the Business Managerment for Building Professionals course to earn their official CAPS certification.  Please see below for course dates and links for registering.
