Contractors Termite and Pest Control Announces Accreditation

Contractors Termite Control Inc. dba Contractors Termite and Pest Control is pleased to announce accreditation:

Kevin M Etheridge - LEED Green Associate
President - Contractors Termite Control Inc.

Contractors is a national member of USGBC and distinguishes itself as one of the few Pest Management Companies that are members nationwide. Etheridge believes that “sustainability” in buildings begins in the construction stages. Termites in Southern California have a major economic impact on property owners. Building termites out with “Green” solutions aligns with the basic core values USGBC promotes.

Once buildings are completed, pest management and ongoing maintenance can be achieved by non-intrusive methods such as monitoring, trapping, baiting and the limited use of materials to control specific problems.

Since 1983, Contractors has provided FHA-VA services to the homebuilding community. With the keen awareness of your buyers and the general emphasis on “Green,” termite protection is moving from a paperwork necessity to a thoughtful benefit and responsible business decision.
